"If you find yourself drawn to this piece, chances are is that you may have experienced a high point in your life before. However for some odd reason, you find yourself hitting rock bottom again. For CG and I, the very first thing we do whenever we find ourselves in a downward spiral is to take a deep breath and re-centre ourselves again in order not to let our minds get corrupted from the fear, anxiety and overwhelm that is bound to creep up on us in moments like these.

I remember not too long ago being at a point where we were left with nothing but MYR300+ in our banks combined, mounting debts, rents to pay and a child to feed. MYR 300 used to be a lot for us back then, however in our world today where we have overheads in the sum of 5 figures, having MYR300 after combining every single cent from our personal and company accounts meant that we were broke.

Being in a situation like this, only one thing starts to happen; an immense amount of pressure starts to mount which cause anxiety to take over; stress and overwhelm, which ultimately leads to depression. However, having handled it many times before (though not off this magnitude), we understood the importance of not letting our present circumstances get to our heads.

When we found ourselves heading south mentally and emotionally, we immediately took a step back, re-centered ourselves and made peace with our current circumstances. Once we came to terms with what has happened, we re-aligned ourselves with our mission, and got back to the drawing board to start all over again.

By shifting our focus from the problem to the dream, we completely removed ourselves from the trap of 'Self-pity' to the excitement of creation; and it is in that process that the universe magically showed us the things we missed and the lessons that we needed to learn in order to grow.

This piece is made with the intention of helping you uncover the truth behind every situation you find yourself in. It is meant to give you the clarity that you need to grow from every situation, the ability to discern between right and wrong, and the wisdom to find your next best move; becoming completely 'One' with the Universe.

Remember failure is there to point us in a different direction. It is telling us, 'Hey! Not this way!' It is preparing us to be the person we need to be, in order to live the life that we were meant to live.
