When we were planning for Orion to come into this world, the joy and excitement of having a child were sometimes clouded by the stress and anxiety of 'making love as a means to get pregnant'. What was supposed to be exciting, sexy, tender and loving, turned into 'means to an end' which indirectly took away the very essence of life; love.

However, the moment we surrendered all possibility of having a child to the Universe, CG conceived Orion on a day none of us expected to happen. We were baffled that Orion was living in CG's body for 5 days before eventually getting into the egg. To us, this was a sign that a miracle child is to be born.

When CG broke the news to me, we were overjoyed with happiness, however we knew that there was work to be done. The first stone that crossed our mind during her pregnancy was the moonstone; which is also a stone that aids childbirth.

Listening to our intuition, we decided to make a baby sized bracelet as a welcome gift for Orion into the world made out of pure moonstones which were also meant to help CG through her pregnancy process.

During these periods, with the blessing of the Universe and the Moonstone, CG never once suffered morning sicknesses and the only time she reached a point of unbearable contraction pain was in the final hours before giving birth to the little boy with the golden skin. Apart from using her amazonite bracelet, CG held this moonstone piece in her hand firmly during the birthing process which lasted only 10 mins; 4 pushes and our sweet little baby was out! To add to the magic, her final push came with joy as CG couldn't help but to laugh a little despite the pain, as she felt Orion's leg kicking inside in an attempt to push himself out of her womb.

We'd like to think that Orion loved his mother so much that he wanted the process to be fast for her; hence the kicking and short birthing time. Regardless what others may say, we knew that the Grace in which we experienced came from none other than our beloved crystals and God. It is something beyond words can describe; something beyond any of us; something truly magical..."
