In the Holy Bible, Jesus rode on a donkey into Jerusalem to introduce himself to the people of Jerusalem. Here is a phrase from the Bible;

Now when they drew near to Jerusalem and came to Bethphage, to the Mount of Olives, then Jesus sent two disciples, saying to them, "Go into the village in front of you, and immediately you will find a donkey tied, and a colt with her. Untie them and bring them to me. If anyone says anything to you, you shall say, 'The Lord needs them,' and he will send them at once." ~ Matthew 21:1-5

Now Jesus didn't need to see the donkey tied up to know that there will be a donkey waiting for him; tied up in the village nearby. Just as he knew about the donkey that has been tied up for years, waiting for the moment to be set free; the Universe/God knows that you are tied up. He knows exactly where you are and the pain that you are going through. Just as the donkey had to wait for its time, we too must wait for ours; for when the time is right, God will reach out and grab you from the dark, and throw you into the light. In a moment, he will turn your dirt into gold, and pain into glory; and you won't even see it coming. Have faith...

Having said that, these struggles that you are put through are the necessary ingredients and lessons that you need to learn in order to grow into the next version of yourself. Don't run away from it; instead embrace it as a part of your experience and learn from it. They are there to help you see something you've been missing all along. Follow your heart with every decision and trust the process; because the Universe always happens 'FOR YOU' and not 'to you'...
