Being dream chasers ourself, CG and I are no strangers to the feeling of being disconnected. Every now and then, we sometimes find ourselves stuck, drained and mentally exhausted from coping with the challenges of life. However, when we looked back at ourselves, we realized that the only reason we get disconnected is because we sometimes fail to anchor ourselves before we begin our day...

Sometimes when we find ourselves rushing from the moment we awake, our minds begin to fill up with the chores/work that needs to be completed. Most of us begin our mornings by looking at our phones, emails, messages, Facebook, thus cluttering our minds and allowing our thoughts and actions to be influenced from the very moment we wake up. We give little or no priority for 'Divine Connection' to happen as we are busy tending to our needs and the request of those around us.

While it may seem like a norm these days, this habit of not having time for ourselves in the morning, destroys you as it pulls you away from all that is essential and necessary to lead a life guided by the Universe.

The moment CG and I realized how we were contributing to our own destruction, we knew that we needed to kick the habits that were stopping us from getting to where we wanted to be; and replace them with habits that served our higher purpose.

This piece was made with the Intention to keep us grounded to the Earth while opening our eyes to the blessing that surrounds us. It was made with the purpose of connecting us inwards; making us feel safe and secure in order to open ourselves to receive the abundances that life has to offer.
