2) Whatever dateline you have set for yourself, multiply it by 3 or 5. That is your actual dateline. Like Tony Robbins said, we overestimate what we can do in 1 year and we underestimate what we can do in 10. So plan your time well and integrate your daily task into you lives.

3) Have time each day to nourish you body, mind, energy and soul. Once you've taken care of yourself, then begin your task. Remember, stick to your schedule and don't overwork unless you feel like it.
